SRSI is happy to announce the onboarding of James Ruffini, Customer Solution Specialist, at our office in Irving, TX.
James has strong ties to the SRSI family and joined the team early this year. He served as a Director of Operations for 20 years and also has experience as a Vice President of Operations and CEO in the material handling industry.
James’ favorite part about working in this industry is being able to provide solutions and ideas to help transform businesses, all while aiding growth for SRSI. “I’ve known operations for quite some time. Getting to work with SRSI is a dream come true to not only get to work with Ben and Chris but the rest of the amazing team they have built. It’s a huge honor to work with this team and the experience everyone brings.”
James will work closely with the SRSI Solutions Associates to capture technical workflows, customer requirements, software deployment, and training documentation. Additionally, he will work directly with clients to capture and document current processes, in an effort to create and configure future processes. He will also conduct site visits and provide additional client support as needed.
